This comes up when hitting finished.

Okay everytime I open my quest log and attempt to click on finished quest it freezes up and then pops up this error. I can be anywhere and it does this. Sometimes it will work no problem but most of the time this comes up and I can't see what quests I have finished to make sure I did a certain quest in an area or not.
