Select some database after connection to the server

When you run SSMS and Hunting Dog with it, no database is selected in the database combo. Every time I needed to take mouse and choose some database from that combo. I believe there should be some database automatically selected if there are any on the server.

The logic is actually in place - it stores last selected database for every server. It seems it does not work for some reason. It either could not save last settings or could not load them ...
