DB combo is not updated if there have been any changes on the server

There were created "DmsOds" database as you can see on the attached screenshot, but it does not appear in the DB combo after that.

Regarding your "Refresh" button. It seems working, but to tell you the truth, I would have never thought that it will update the database list.
