Solution does not exist

It would be great to have a solution file and the following projects in it:

1. HuntingDog (the plugin itself)
2. HuntingDogInstaller (the plugin (.msi or whatever installation project)

I can create the solution, but you may have one already, so you could just check in all that stuff as well...

PS I will try to realize what the actual difference is between SSMS 2008 and 2012 add-ins and how to handle it better. Maybe the second project will need to be separated to two: HuntingDogInstaller2008 and HuntingDogInstaller2012

I have created and submitted the solution. There are three projects there currently: your original HuntingDog, the example of a plugin for SSMS 2012 and HuntingDog2012 - a build for SSMS 2012. If you added there your project to make the installation package, it would be just great...
