Tool crushes when used with SQL Azure

looks like SQL Azure does not implement all the features that are used by Hunting Dog. i.e. it does not allow you to enumerate tables, procedures even databases.

need to think what kind of workaround can be put in place as usage of SQL Azure databases will grow other the time
