10-second fade does not work

A user reported that when he sets the fade out to 10 seconds, the actual fade out time is 4.9 seconds.

I was not able to reproduce this bug. If I load the demo track and set the fade out time to 10 seconds, the track takes 10 seconds to fade, as expected. If the bug reporter is watching this issue, please add a comment with repro steps.

I see what the problem is. The 10-second fade technically works, but when you reopen the trigger properties later, the slider shows 4.9 seconds. I'll fix this in the next release.
