Support or detect 24-bit WAV files

SoundTrigger does not currently handle 24-bit WAV files. It attempts to play the file, and the audio sounds like noise. Ideally we should add support for 24-bit WAVs. If this is not possible, we should detect this case and inform the user that the file needs to be converted to 16-bit.
