We need to add an official app icon and finalize app colors before shipping 1.0.

Issue #5: Clean up app visuals

Updated app colors to use the design pallette.  Cleaned up button background
selectors so that the default state is last with no conditions.  This avoids
the possibility where none of the states match and the item ends up with no
background.  Got rid of cruft in the v11 version of styles.xml.  We can
reinstate it later, if we decide to add better support for Android 3.0.
