use toast messages to inform users

• for token messages, even though they are explained on the login activity screen, if a user keeps pressing save, they may think nothing is happening.
• on issues page if user hits next or previous after last page, nothing happens, a toast that says, "this is the last page!" might be useful

I actually think I would prefer this to the token status box, but I'm not 100% ready to part with it, so I think keeping the status box, but having the sometimes redundant toast message is the best option.

48151d511952 addressed this issue on the IssuesActivity, but the loginActivity still needs some toast messages.
