Prepare release and fix some minor problems:

Change default HTTP listening port from 8181 to 3636
Interpret negative numbers as infinite timeout in console and SnampCore MBean (for ReadWriteTimeout attribute)

Other actions:

Build snamp-1.0.0.tar.gz and snamp-1.0.0.zip archives
Create SNAMP Demo Stand based on Debian 8
Complete all documentation (including console and example)
