Description
There are no more BlueGene/Q (or BlueGene/P) in top500 or any system that the ET runs on (Mira at Argonne, was the last one I think).
Removing the no longer supported (or supportable) architecture reduces maintenance effort and avoids introducing bugs caused by never testing / implementing future changes for BlueGene machines.
