Formaline: ignore missing files
Formaline's list of files is intentionally not perfect and only updates when the executable is updated. Hence script files that did not trigger a recompile will not be recorded as removed when they are.
Formaline: make unexpected file type non-fatal
better to let the compilation proceed and not add teh file than to abort the compilation
