CaWE report segfault then it was started from wrong working directory

if start CaWE as: /Cafu-src-r210> build/linux2/g++/debug/CaWE/CaWE everything works

    (In [347]) Check for several subdirectories during program initialization in order to verify that CaWE in run in the right working directory.

    Closes #60.
