Game code: Provide custom serialization / unserialization for entities

Remove `struct EntityStateT` in favour of custom serialization / unserialization for entities.

Requires non-trivial changes to the network protocol, e.g. we have to find the delta between two messages using simple XOR, then use RLE for creating the actually transferred payloads.

As a "side effect", this will likely yield some much needed opportunities for improving the code design.
