FlashStore - Fixed the failure to format a file area in slot 0. Found the solution in the OZ 4.7.1 source, merged to the standard library FlashEprFileFormat function. Standalone version must have always had this defect. Incremented version to 1.9.7. Had to trim MTH text to find the few extra bytes needed to keep this application contained within a single 16KB bank.
