Bracket and Quote Completion/Deletion Handling

I love the way Intellij handles brackets and quotes. it:

1. Closes a bracket for you,
2. If you delete an opening bracket, and there is a closing bracket immediately to the right (ie the brackets enclose nothing) it deletes the closing bracket for you.
3. If the cursor is right before a closing bracket that has a correct matching open bracket, and you try to re-enter the closing bracket, intellij just skips the cursor to the position after the already existing closing bracket.

Bracket completion is added and optional. Quote too hard for now.
