Single Default Location

Since the majority of users only have a single location then would it make sense to enable the original edit location page as a new tab on the settings page with an option to "turn on" multiple locations?

The old location code is still part of the PlugIn and may remove the temptation to rename the "default location". Even though recent changes have allowed renaming the "default location" to a custom name it would make more sense for a new user to just see a tab (or settings segment) for the location settings rather than the taxonomy edit page.

It feels like there's a settings "disconnect" with regard to locations. It is probably confusing some users and would be better received if it was more in line with the other settings.
