Add notice on default vehicle options

This would help translators. Here's the note from one of them:

When I switch back to US I have back the English text, but as soon I enter a custom text for a Group and click Update Group it looks like all current Group text is saved and that this saved text is used from now on, no matter what language you choose. Is that the way it is meant to work?

If yes, the pre-filled text acts more as a guide to start with but as soon you personalize something then you work with a personal copy until next Reset. Maybe that functionality can use some extra explanation in the interface?
