Support for higher version of Bitbucket

Hello,

We would like to upgrade our STASH to higher version probably Bitbucket 4.9.1 However, "Reject Merge Commit Hook" is not compatible at the moment

Do you have any plans to provide a supported version of the plugin ? If so, when is the tentative date for the same.

@housonghuang I tried out your commit and all the tests fail. If you get them working, then I will merge and deploy.

@carolynvs, sorry for the inconvenience. My build was successful after I updated the dependency, I was not aware the tests were broken. I cleaned up my workspace today and was able to reproduce the failure. I fixed it with commit https://bitbucket.org/housonghuang/reject-merge-commit-hook/commits/8a6bc5898b8a6c8ed17fb97832a5e2cc8ebe9add, could you help to verify again?
