Support for specifying where force push should be allowed instead of where it is disallowed

Currently I really need to be very careful and exhaustive about which branches i protect, because force push will be allowed to everything not mentioned. There could be a simple radio button / checkbox to switch this behaviour to the opposite (allow force push only to branches mentioned).

Created a pull request with the fix to both issues. (Well, "fix" for the other one, real regex support would be very good to have.)
