Add trees with branch lengths

The trees submitted to TreeBase don't have branch lengths. Need to track files with branch lengths down and post them.

These are in Documents/projects/siph\ phylogeny\ 2005/runs. Need to identify the files that correspond to the trees in the figures, and then replace the machine-readable placeholder names with the species names.

Didn't see a tree in 19Jul04AllBayes that summarized branch lengths across runs (published tree was a cladogram).
