Remove of useless files generated by [DeNovo]

Rocio Nunez created an issue

During execution of [DeNovo] some files are generated in the projector such as:

dir_prepare_signature1440008259 error_19_08_2015_t_20_06_10

These files should be removed after execution. In addition, results files are also generated in projectdir, such as:

mirna_results_19_08_2015_t_19_29_36 result_19_08_2015_t_19_29_36.bed
