Hello,

I guess miARmaSeq does not support spike-in normalization? The manual says: "EdgeR allows the normalization with 3 methods: "TMM" (default), "RLE", "upperquartile" or "none" (no normalization)". Is use of spike-ins even recommended for miRNA data sets? I just know that my data set has got those.

    That's right I guess Noiseq (also included in miARma), does not support spike-in normalisation as well
