Remove gray lines in svgs

Many figures do have gray lines in the svg can you remove the lines

Should now be aligned to left axis.

This is the grid, it corresponds to the axis ticks on X-axis. (On both sides, if BAF and coverage is shown) I can try to make it so they align and you have less lines.
Alternative is having no grid at all.
