copy-numbers segments are incomplete

When uploading the example CNV files, the following error message is shown. Missing column: Did not contain the column in which the segment estimate is stored: ratio

Dear Andreas,

Thanks for submitted the bug. This is now fixed, both in the code and Docker image. It was due to the automatic selection of the ratio column instead of the seg.mean column in the example data.
