Make Element class accessible and allow editing of clabel position

Hi there, I have made some very small changes that I think would be nice to include:

• Make Element class accessible to the user. I found this useful to more readily access the attributes of a transformer element instance.
• Allow ‘clabel’ offset to be edited rather than hardcoded to zero.

I made a local branch for this, would it make sense to allow me to push it? I have attached the files I edited as the changes are very small in any case.
