Microelectronics elements
Issue #72
resolved
Heya! First up, thanks for creating this awesome tool. I’ve been making some elements that are useful when designing microelectronics, particularly when applying the structured electronics design flow. I have 4 categories of elements:
- Ideal twoports, useful for specifying amplifier behaviour (the 4 transactors, generic, and nullor).
- Pathological circuit elements (nullator and norator), useful for amplifier synthesis explanations.
- MOSFETs with source indication and drain current arrows, useful to communicate the intended biasing in analog circuits. A generic biased MOSFET is also included, useful for small-signal circuits.
- A bus line element, useful for specifying data bus widths in mixed signal circuits.
The elements are shown below:
Would any of these be a good addition to SchemDraw? I’d be happy to make a pull request and share my work!
