Ability at Add Agent Last Not Ready reason code to Agent dashboard

We have the ability to add "DurationInState" to the Agent Dashboard, but it would be helpful to know why the agent is in a certain state, for example, due to on "Break". This would be helpful to other agents to know if they can take a break or not.

This could be displayed by showing the last Not Ready Reason code for each agent if they are in the Not Ready State.
