It seems that if you try to add a tab that is nil (I just had the error because i forgot to do some stuff before) the whole application + game crashes... (which makes debugging your lua code a bit hard when you don't have any dumps and you can't debug Smile ).
So, just check for nil values I guess in the addTab and removeTab methods of the Tab Controller.
Reproducibility: have not tried
Additional information: Probably a problem on the C++ side, since lua is just the wrapper.
