Get rid of as many warnings as possible

Issue #463 closed

Spitting warnings from CEGUI headers annoys people who actually want to see if their own code spits any warnings.

Furthermore, this could improve the quality of CEGUI codebase.

Reproducibility: N/A

    I fixed many warnings and I only have this warning left in public header files.

    /home/mpreisle/Devel/CEGUI/cegui_mk2/cegui/include/CEGUI/RenderedStringWordWrapper.h:73:87: warning: redundant redeclaration of ‘void CEGUI::RenderedStringWordWrapper<T>::format(const Sizef&) [with T = CEGUI::JustifiedRenderedString, CEGUI::Sizef = CEGUI::Size<float>]’ in same scope [-Wredundant-decls] /home/mpreisle/Devel/CEGUI/cegui_mk2/cegui/include/CEGUI/RenderedStringWordWrapper.h:54:10: warning: previous declaration of ‘void CEGUI::RenderedStringWordWrapper<T>::format(const Sizef&) [with T = CEGUI::JustifiedRenderedString, CEGUI::Sizef = CEGUI::Size<float>]’ [-Wredundant-decls]

    As of now I am not sure how to get rid of it.

    That warning appears to have come from an over-zealous gcc/g++ (a.k.a it was a compiler bug). The warning is not generated when using gcc/g++ 4.7.
