Incorrect use of 'long' in OpenGL Renderer

The file cegui_mk2/include/renderers/OpenGLGUIRenderer/openglrenderer.h uses longs where ints should be used which causes problems on 64bit systems such as black samples.

    This has already been fixed in svn. Both the v0-4 branch and trunk. Among with other fixes...
