TextComponent::getText does not always return the actual string that will be drawn

Issue #638 resolved

Currently this function only returns the string as set directly on the TextComponent (which in most cases is none, so the function returns the default empty string). The documentation says it will return the string that will be rendered.

Whether this is a documentation or implementation issue is somewhat up for debate. But in either case, there is no way to access the final string that will be rendered, so the function should be fixed, and probably another function added to return the string as set directly on the TextComponent.

Reproducibility: always
