provide a separate target for the python modules

Issue #992 new

Automatic migration. Original reporter: "hasufell"

This is a feature request and would enable gentoo to support multiple python abis with cegui very easily... which means the user could compile and install the cegui python modules for multiple python abis.

Reproducibility: always

But the python modules would still be built by the default target, right?

Would something like make python suffice? This target would build only the python bindings and its dependencies.

The problem I see is that the difference between the default target and make python would be quite small. Only image codecs, xml parsers, renderers and such. It's not a big time saver.
