Issue #50 resolved

Accepting unicode for most strings

Simon Sapin
created an issue

The same issue as #45 exists for any value that is expected to be str. If unicode is required on Python 3, unicode should work on Python 2 too (even though the type is named differently.)

Such parameters are at least in ffi.cdef() (Triggered later on usage with TypeError: enumerators must be a list of strings), ffi.dlopen(), ffi.cast(), ffi.new(), and maybe ffi.verify() (untested)
