Trigger the beta rollout for channel feature

There is a new channel feature being rolled out for beta testing. Most users can trigger the update by going to Berlin (eg. Fake GPS). This worked on my phone, but when I tried with OJOC, the channels did still not work. However I tried hardcoding the access token from my phone and then it worked (API seems to be the same as for the hashtags which are being replaced now).
Would be interesting to know under which conditions the beta feature is triggered.

Might be fixed by de15681, apparently they changed the API so that only
/channel/comboworks, not/channel. I'm getting the same posts in the channels as on my phone now.See if that works for you too.

This feature worked some time ago with OJOC. I assume this has something to do with Issue
#18...
