noarch package for cfunits on conda-forge

I have a pull request in at conda-forge/cfunits-feedstock that makes cfunits a noarch package. I have some folks here that would like to use cfunits on Windows but right now cfunits is only being built for Mac and Linux. I don't see any reason that it shouldn't be noarch but perhaps I'm missing something.

Anyway, is this ok with you all? Could you please have a look and give a or ?
