Output interpret
Issue #11
resolved
I follow the manual to set up and run my own data, the output is good so far, but I'm not sure what the Dspcc and Dsscc means and how that related to Delay ?

reporter Hi Xia,
Thanks for your reply.
I have another questions: when I plot the network, I should choose those with significant P values, which P value should I restrict? as the paper said elsa is complementary to PCC, so either signifcant Pls or Ppcc should be included? or Pspcc should be considered?
Thanks, Junann

repo owner You shall either use LS score and P or use PCC and Ppcc. They are most likely redundant but LS is more sensitive to shifted and interval associations, as explained in the paper.

Yeah, Dspcc and Dsscc is the Delay used to calculate and maximize global spcc and sscc. If you set Delay to 0, these shall all be zeros I believe.
