par_ana and particular job submitting system

Hi,

I would like to run eLSA with the par_ana option. Is it possible to do so without using ssa.py to submit the job? The cluster I work on has its own system of scripts to submit jobs. In there I have to specify information about the computing needs of my job and so on. Finally I include the command line of what I want to run. Should I use the par_ana command line there?

Yes but you need to modify ssa.py to your own cluster configuration. It is a python script that is straight forward to change. I am closing this as it pertains advanced use rather than a bug.
