-d parameter

Hi,

I have 7 samples, each one of them corresponds to a different month of the same sample. I would like to allow the delay to be 1 month. Should I then have a -d = 1 ?

Also, should I change -s?

that is correct. -s is the number of total time points. you obviously need to give this based on your input data. in your case 7, i think.
