Taking a long time to produce output

Hello I was able to install everything and the code is running without giving any error or warning. But it is taking too much time to generate an output. My data is time series data and there's 34 time points. It has been running for 2 days in Slurm. I am worried it might even cross 100 hours time limit. I looked for thread option to run it faster. There's no verbosity option either to track progress. Can you please give me an idea how long this algorithm might take to generate output files?

I’m having the same issue, been running for 4 days now (I have 18 samples) and the output file so far is empty but the programme is still running and gives no errors. Any update on what happened / help? Thanks!

I managed to run it by splitting my dataset into two and removing all low-abundance/mostly absent OTU rows. Instead of 2 weeks it took half a day!
