Good morning,

(I'm not sure if an 'issue' is the best place for this, but I thought it might be good to set up a FAQ-type place.)

Is an empty results file correct behaviour? Everything seemed to run fine with lsa_compute. I'm not sure if I just have no significant results, or if the code died silently?

You should have results whether its significant or not. check your log file
