Unify io handler imports. This change means that wsgiserver2 will now have a DEFAULT_BUFFER_SIZE matching that of wsgiserver3 (8192 in my environment) and StringIO implementation is now io.BytesIO with no C implementation, also consistent with wsgiserver3.
