Raising a MaxSizeExceeded exception results in a 413 response with no body
CherryPy correctly generates a 413 response via self.simple_response() in wsgiserver.HTTPRequest if the request is too large but as it doesn't pass a msg argument the browser receives no body to display which is particularly un-user-friendly
At a minimum I think simple_response() should set msg=status if msg='' so that the user gets some indication of what happened
Ideally, of course, I'd be able to customize the response as I can with other HTTP errors.
