Issue #1119 resolved

config file's with global + other namespaces, other ns's thrown away

cptcodemonkey avatarcptcodemonkey created an issue

in _cpconfig.py @ line 166 def _apply(self, config):

First few lines check for the "global" namespace/category and if present it wipes out any other configuration items present.

So if I have: [global] server.socket_port: 3030

[appstuff] foo: 'bar'

The appstuff part of the configuration file is thrown-away. Took me a bit to figure this out and was somewhat surprised by it. Is this on purpose or just a regression?

The only reason I placed this as critical as it's somewhat surprising behavior that I didn't see mentioned anywhere in the doc's or explained in method.
