Not able to generate .baitmap files using create_baitmap_rmap.pl

Hi I am using this script i can generate .rmap file but not .baitmap ?

This script isn't part of Chicago, so sadly I can't help with this specific problem. However, the baitmap file is just the exact subset of the rmap file containing only the baited fragments. Hope it helps.
