Chicago package cannot using its own truncated maxLBrownEst

Issue #32 new
Former user created an issue

When user-defined maxLBrownEst isn't a multiple of binsize, Chicago automatically truncates maxLBrownEst such that it is and resets cd@settings$maxLBrownEst accordingly. But then maxLBrownEst specified in aux files is no longer equal to cd@settings$maxLBrownEst, which causes Chicago to terminate.

This problem is very easy to fix, but the fix will need to propagate through Bioconductor release cycle. In the meanwhile, it's probably best to make sure maxLBrownEst is always a multiple of binsize.
