bam2chicago problem

I am trying to analyze mouse PCHiC data from Schoenfelder S et al., and I am using mm9 design files from "https://osf.io/dnzpe/" , I got error when doing bam2chicago, like the following: Can't open HiCUP163/ERR466163_1_2.hicup_mappedToBaitsBoRAndRFrag_fmore06.bedpe: No such file or directory. rm: cannot remove ‘HiCUP163/ERR466163_1_2.hicup_mappedToBaitsBoRAndRFrag_fmore06.bedpe’: No such file or directory.

Can you help me with this? And also I'd like to know if the design files I used is suitable for this mouse PCHiC dataset? Thank you!
