Can't change --removeb2b value when I'm doing the design file

Dear,

I am trying to run the chicago pipeline to analyse tmy capture Hi-C data. I've run it previously successfully, but I'd like to se what is the relevance of the b2b interactions and I want to run the pipeline with --removeb2b=False. However, when I set this parameter in the makeDesignFiles.py I get always the standard --removeb2b=True.

Is it an error of the scripts which is not returning the parameter change or in the end I will get --removeb2b=True anyway.
