Hi,

I digested my capture HiC libraries with DpnII. I saw that in a previous thread, you suggested adjusting the minfraglength and maxfraglength to 40 and 930. I was wondering if you could give me some advice about whether it is recommended to also adjust the bin size?

Hi! We are currently using the default binsize with DpnII.
