parameters setting for double cutters GATC (DpnII) and GANTC

I am wondering how the parameters (maxLBrowndist, binsize, minFragLen, maxFragLen) were determined to make Design file.

The most recent update for suggested 4-cutter parameter setting are MaxLBrowndist=75000, binsize=1500, minFragLen=75, maxFragLen=1200, and it was mentioned tested on DpnII. May I ask what metrics you used to determine which setting are better than the default setting?

If I start to use double cutters, how should I determine which parameters to use?
